NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Erie of Colorado will make final payment at the Town Hall 645 Holbrook Street Erie Colorado 80516. On or after November 6 2009 to Asphalt Specialties Company Inc. for all work done by said contractor on the 2009 Street Maintenance Program - Overlay (P09-002) all of said construction being within or near the boundaries of the Town of Erie Colorado. Any person co-partnership association of persons company or corporation that has furnished labor materials provisions or other supplies used or consumed by such Contractor or his Subcontractors in or about the performance of the work contracted to be done and whose claim therefore has not been paid by the Contractor or his Subcontractor at any time up to and including the time of final settlement for the work contracted to be done is required to file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim to the Town of Erie 645 Holbrook Street Erie Colorado 80516 at or before the time and date hereinabove shown. Failure on the part of any claimant to file such verified statement of claim prior to final settlement will release said Town it's Board of Trustees officers agents and employees of and from any and all liability for such claim.
